Here at timbulmer.co.uk, we have been passionate about creating for you a collection of Tim Bulmer’s finest and most unique cartoons.  We are particularly excited that the collection includes so many different themes such as the Professions, Food and Drink and Sporting as well as a few interesting Christmas cartoons.

When you buy a Tim Bulmer cartoon you will be pleased to learn that they are all limited editions and each one is personally signed by Tim himself.  We further hope you’ll love the quality of the carefully crafted Giclée prints created using only the finest quality paper.  What’s more is that you can buy them already mounted!

Tim’s message:  “I very much hope you will enjoy this extraordinary collection of my cartoons.  The Giclée prints are the nearest you can get to an original without whipping your brush out!”

Tim was born in 1958 at what was then a nursing home and is now a pub in Corbridge, Northumberland.

He was sent away to school where he discovered the art department and every spare minute was soon absorbed within its walls. In his last year he won the school art prize before heading off for art college and the determination to make his way in the art world.

He left with a degree in Theatre Design and headed straight for a career behind the scenes. He spent some years working at Wimbledon theatre but the scope was somewhat limited.

In the 1980’s whilst working for a gallery in Guildford his artistic talents were encouraged and he soon found himself an audience away from the theatre.

As his reputation grew so did the commissions and the opportunities that came with them. He was the top selling artist at The Harrods Picture gallery, he won the Fine Art Trade Guild Print Artist Of The Year Award in 2001 and among his clients are many blue chip companies, well known individuals and hosts of decent, hardworking people who have always supported him along the way.

He is singularly useless at describing what he does hence his insistence that you log onto his web site and discover for your self.

I would say that he has his own view of the world and there are those who reckon that he is just about spot on !
